We perform analysis of target candidates and the market, create the search and selection plan, prepare job descriptions and job advertisements.

A specialized recruitment partner selects the most effective search and selection methods and organizes the search for candidates. The candidates are professionally assessed in order to evaluate the competencies, both professional skills and personal qualities, motivation and career expectations.

We apply a 3 month warranty. Only 1 out of 10 of our candidates are dismissed before the end of the probation period.
