Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing various debt collection tasks according to work instructions
• Handling and investigating daily-task related incidents
• Creating, developing, and updating documentation and procedures
• Delivering quality in the fast-changing environment
• Identifying areas or processes for improvements

• Salary range - 1100 - 1950 EUR gross/month. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
