We are currently looking Sales manager working with existing clients, who would join the newly formed Telemarketing teams. You will be on Tele2 voice and disseminator of smart ideas – a person on whom the company's results and customer satisfaction will directly depend. You will have a great opportunity to show that you are the hardest seller and deepen knowledge about mobile technology trends. We have a lot of action, we promise - it won't be boring!

• to sell Tele2 services and products for existing customers by phone according to Sales Standards;
• to educate customers and ensure that they keep pace with telecommunications innovations;
• implement raised sales and customer service quality goals.

To be successful, you will need:

• sales and customer service experience (work with cold sales over the phone is an advantage)
• ability to plan time and work independently
• communication skills and the ability to counter customer objections
• enthusiasm and creativity in solving various situations with clients
• motivation to achieve personal and team goals
• excellent Lithuanian language skills (oral and written)
