WiseTeam is the CRM cloud-based solution for businesses. We help to manage tasks, projects, resources, and billing in one easy-to-use solution, so clients can focus on providing their services without operational bureaucracy.
We are looking for a result-oriented Business development manager – sales expert for Lithuanian and Benelux markets. If you are self-disciplined, passionate about data, and hungry to grow and exceed all expectations, this is the role for you.
YOUR USUAL DAY:
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads
- Articulate the value proposition of WiseTeam for companies in Lithuania and Benelux region
- Schedule demo calls
- Sales meetings for clients
- Execute outbound sales prospecting initiative
- Collaborate with CEO to ensure the company’s goals and sales targets are met
WHAT WE EXPECT:
- At least 1 year experience of B2B sales – preferably in IT sector. Experience in SaaS is a huge plus
- A get-things-done attitude and a history of picking up the hardest challenges and refusing to fail in a fast-paced environment
- An ambition to boost revenue by conquering foreign markets
- Strong work ethics and eagerness to learn and make new connections with prospects
- Self-motivation and demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills in English
