We are expanding our Audit team in Vilnius and are looking for the Head of Vilnius Audit department to strengthen our Audit services in Lithuania. Audit is one of the core areas of Rödl & Partner’s expertise in Lithuania.

Requirements:

  • Candidates with a minimum of 5 years audit experience, including leadership roles, managing audit teams or as head of an audit department
  • University education in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Audit Certificate for Lithuania
  • Competence in the audit client’s environment
  • Activity and ambitions managing business development opportunities
  • Good project management and team management skills
  • Efficient work as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in Lithuanian and English. Additional German language skills are not a must, but highly appreciated.

Your main day-to-day responsibilities: 

  • Managing and supervising the execution of audit engagements of various clients by relevant regulatory and professional auditing and assurance standards
  • Executing complex audit procedures and leading your team on engagements, depending on the size of the engagement
  • Professional representation of company services for prospects and generating new audit business opportunities
  • Coaching and developing people by sharing expertise and helping the team solve complex problems
  • Mentoring team members in their career development and setting the culture for the engagement team
