• Identify cost-saving opportunities through deep analysis of global procurement data and expenditure trends using advanced tools.
• Drive global projects by providing data-driven insights for contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring optimal commercial terms for Phoenix Group.
• Consolidate and interpret global supplier performance metrics to support strategic decisions and optimize value delivery across markets.

Financial and Data Analysis:

• Monitor and analyze global procurement data to track expenditure trends and highlight efficiency opportunities.
• Generate actionable insights from spend data and supplier performance to identify cost-reduction opportunities and support strategic procurement decisions in collaboration with data, sourcing, and category teams.

Compliance and Vendor Onboarding:

• Collaborate with international stakeholders and the sourcing team to proactively manage purchases and secure the best commercial deals by providing necessary data.
• Ensure all procurement processes align with regulatory standards and risk management protocols globally.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with other data analysts to develop and refine best practices for data quality, accuracy, and usability across global procurement datasets.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes and savings tools by providing feedback, identifying inefficiencies, and supporting adoption of best practices across global projects.

• Understanding of legal contract review and negotiation.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a procurement or commercial-based role.
