We’re looking for a Python / Odoo Developer who values clean code, smart systems, and the freedom to experiment, suggest improvements, and make a real difference.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Developing and customizing Odoo ERP solutions for international clients using the latest tools and technologies.
• Collaborating with a global team of Project Managers and Technical Business Analysts.
• Writing clean, efficient, and modular Python code with a strong focus on maintainability and performance.
• Participating in code reviews and pair programming — learning from senior developers and sharing your knowledge in return.
• Staying focused on high-impact development with minimal distractions — no unnecessary meetings, reports, or bureaucracy.

What We’re Looking For

•  At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development (programming and custom module creation) is a must.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Odoo’s ORM.
• Solid understanding of Odoo module architecture and business workflows.
• Ability to write clean code, and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
• Good communication skills in English (youll be working with international clients and team members).
• A true team player collaborative, curious, and always ready to help or learn.
