Your responsibilities

• I will analyze the received tender materials and technical documentation.
• You will prepare construction work estimates according to project documentation and technical requirements.
• I calculate quantities of construction work, materials, and machinery, and prepare requirement sheets.
• Looking for suppliers and subcontractors and communicating with them.
• You will select and analyze commercial offers, adjust prices and technical solutions.
• I collaborate with project managers, construction managers, and other project participants.

We hope

• Higher or advanced technical (engineering) education.
• At least 1 year of practical work experience in preparing construction estimates.
• Ability to independently read and analyze design and technical documentation.
• Ability to independently calculate the quantities of construction work according to drawings and technical solutions.
• Experience working with estimating programs (SISTELA and/or ASTERA would be an advantage).
• High accuracy, thoroughness and attention to detail when preparing estimates and performing quantity calculations.
• Good analytical skills.
• Responsibility, independence and result orientation.
• Ability to work in a team.
