CAREER CONSULTATION

I am Inesa - career consultant and coaching specialist (ICF). My mission is to help you find an activity you love that will make you happy every day. 

For several years now, I have been consulting on various issues related to job search and career planning, helping to prepare for job searches and interviews.
 
I create/update CV and Linkedin profiles as needed.
 

If you have at least one or several questions:

* The job search has been prolonged and the results are not satisfactory
* You are planning to change the field of work, but you do not know which job suits you best
* You are planning a career
* You lack job search experience
* You seek to get to know yourself and your competencies more deeply

We meet for a career consultation during which:

* We will create a great CV and/or Linkedin profile based on the latest job market trends
* We will find out how you can use social networks and other online resources and contacts more effectively in your search for a new job
* We will prepare for the interview and proper self-presentation to the employer
* I will present salary trends and future competencies and answer any questions that arise
* There is an opportunity to perform a TRIPOD personal characteristics test, with the help of which I will more objectively assess your most prominent characteristics and their significance in different fields and positions. The price of the test is 130 EUR. 

The price of a career consultation is 120 - 160 EUR (depending on the scope of work).
