We are convinced that the key to successful executive searches is the responsible presentation of the job offer, the selection of individual selection tools and methods, and the close cooperation with the client and the candidates throughout the selection process. Confidentiality and high standards of work ethics are of the utmost importance to us when selecting executives. We offer a 6 months warranty, that is, if the selected candidate is not suitable within the agreed period, we will organize a new selection without additional payments.

On average, it takes 10 working days from the start of the selection process to the presentation of candidates, the entire selection project takes 1-2 months to complete (this includes employer-candidate interviews, candidate testing, preparing a job offer, and the notice period for leaving the old job).
