PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (LIFE INSURANCE)

We are looking for Product Development Manager(s), whose ambitions, positivity, and work ethic align with the company's values of stability, honesty, and responsibility.

Main responsibilities:
- You will analyze and evaluate the insurance market, customer needs, existing and new products on the insurance market, and identify new product development opportunities.
- You will initiate, coordinate and implement the development of new insurance products and changes to existing products by leading the product development team.
- You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful product development and implementation.
- You will optimize contract conclusion and administration processes, initiate and coordinate the development of necessary IT functionalities.
- You will be responsible for the preparation and maintenance of insurance policies, product documentation and other related documents.
- You will evaluate product results, provide suggestions for their improvement, and participate in shaping the direction of product development.

- You have a higher university education.
- You have experience in the life insurance market, and you know and understand insurance products.
- You enjoy working in a team, communicate clearly, and are able to balance the interests of different stakeholders.
- You have project management and analytical skills and are able to set priorities.
- You have no shortage of energy and positivity when facing challenges.
- You communicate fluently in English.
