COBALT – won nine times “Best Law Firms of the Year in the Baltic States” title, invites you to join your team IT project manager (CRM / ERP / DVS systems development), who would be responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing development projects for the company's systems (CRM, ERP and Document Management System (DMS). This is a strategic position that involves both an understanding of technical solutions and close cooperation with business units and external partners. Let's talk!
Main responsibilities:
- Planning, coordination and implementation of IT projects (CRM, ERP, DMS)
- Requirements gathering and analysis together with business units
- Working with external IT suppliers and development partners
- Project budget, timeline and scope control
- Change management and coordination of decisions with stakeholders
- Prioritizing the development of system functionalities
- Risk identification and management
- Coordination of testing and implementation processes
- Ensuring transparency of documentation and project progress
- Applying AI solutions to organizational processes
We hope:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in the development and management of IT projects/products - CRM, ERP, custom build type platforms
- Experience configuring the M365 platform
- AI configuration and prompting experience
- Understanding of business processes (finance, sales, document management)
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business teams and management
Advantages:
- Experience with Power BI or other analytics tools
- PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certifications
- Experience in document management systems (DMS) projects
