We are looking for a proactive, hands-on, and data-driven Senior Digital Marketing Manager (Growth Lead)who enjoys taking ownership and driving measurable business growth. How you will create value:

• You will be the definition of performance leadership. You will own and scale acquisition engines across paid channels while continuously optimizing the entire customer journey – from the first ad impression to account activation. You don’t just run campaigns – you constantly question, improve, and reinvent them to unlock growth.
• Work across several areas of digital marketing: paid acquisition, analytics and tracking, conversion optimization, content and inbound marketing, funnel strategy, and creative direction. You will manage campaigns end‑to‑end, run A/B tests, improve landing pages, and support email automation to improve key metrics like CTR, CVR, CPA, and LTV:CAC.
• Take full ownership of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Demand Gen, PMax) and work on campaign architecture, segmentation, and scaling strategy. You challenge the status quo and push and lead the agency to deliver faster, better, and more efficiently.
• Proactively identify, test, and scale new acquisition channels and growth opportunities. You are naturally curious and constantly exploring what could work next – from new platforms to unconventional funnel ideas.
• Build and oversee social media channel strategies and create content funnels that support both organic and paid growth efforts.
• Write effective ad copy, evaluate creative quality, and guide designers toward performance‑driven visual solutions.
• Own budget allocation and ROI optimization, making confident decisions backed by data and experimentation.
• With your deep knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, conversion APIs (CAPI), Meta Pixel, server‑side tracking, and enhanced conversions, you will improve what exists and unlock hidden growth opportunities.
• Work with data in BigQuery and Looker, ensure data accuracy, resolve tracking discrepancies with agencies and IT teams, and build performance dashboards that support decision‑making.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing, our digital team, external agencies, and colleagues across Bigbank in Europe.

What we hope you’ll bring

• Proven 5+ years of experience working as a Senior Digital Marketing Manager, Digital Project Manager, Growth Hacker, or CRO Manager where you have driven measurable impact – not just supported it.
• Strong skills in performance marketing, growth tactics, funnel building, optimization, landing page creation, A/B testing, tracking, and data interpretation. You naturally think in systems and full customer journeys, not one‑off campaigns.
• A solid analytical mindset and the ability to use data to shape strategies, explain performance drivers, and make decisions.
• A strong sense of ownership and drive. You don’t wait for direction – you initiate, experiment, and move ideas forward independently.
• A cost‑efficient approach to marketing. You understand the value of efficiency and look for ways to achieve more with less.
• A hands‑on approach, proactiveness and naturally curious mindset. You question assumptions, explore new ideas, and actively look for better ways of doing things.
• Strong English skills (B2/C1 level).
